*7* Angela Maria Sophia Kostwald Short description Angela Maria Sophia Kostwald born 30 August 1852 in Löningen (near Oldenburg), Roman Catholic, and died 26 October 1930 in Löningen, aged 78. Father: Anton Kostwald Mother: Katharina Lisette Kostwald, née Karnbrock Note: There is a misprint on page 14 of the Ahnenpaß (both of Hubertus Bung and of Erika Bung). At the bottom of the page (as on all other pages) there is space provided for entering the names of the wife's father and mother. On page 14, the space is there, but they have forgotten to print the words "Father:" and "Mother:". Therefore in both Ahnenpässe, neither Hubertus Bung nor the registrar saw fit to enter this information. Then, again, it is not impossible that the omission of that information in the Ahnenpässe of all Germans living at the time was quite deliberate and simply demonstrates that the racial theories of the Nazis rested on quite irrational foundations. It may also account for the large number of orphans found in Germany after the end of the war (1945). She married Johann Friederich Christopher Immoor, 1847-1911, in 1873.
